Border crossing art promoter Ricardo Fernandez from Ciudad Juarez at his The Station Urban Offices, an innovative workspace in downtown El Paso. The mural artwork was painted by the Juarez-based Jellyfish Colectivo, whom Fernandez supports. He is about to turn a building in downtown Juarez into an art center with space for workshops and exhibitions (last image).
