Painter Luis Ituarte at his studio in Colonia Federal, Tijuana. Luis was one of the founders of La Casa Del Tunel, the art center that opened in a building which used to house a drug smuggling tunnel into the US. His new studio (image) is located across the street from La Casa and only a few feet from the border wall.
