Felipe Flores Montemayor is the director of Centro Cultural in Nuevo Laredo. The center houses a large space for art exhibitions and a natural history museum complete with moving dinosaurs.

A: The essence of my life as a borde artist is filled with bicultural aspects. Portraying through color and images situatios, feelings and unequal aspects of both cultures.
