Ximena Jasso and Ruben Franco Notch, two of the coolest young people in town, opened the Freelance Art Gallery (Espacio Freelance) on the second floor of Pasaje Rodriguez in downtown Tijuana. This important hub for young artists offers lectures in design, art and photography, a gallery space and a store for music, books and art. A group of photographers meets here on a regular basis.
