Jm Gomez is a muralist who lives and works in Mexicali, Mexico. He studied architecture in Mexicali and Chile and painted murals in Mexicali, Mexico City (for Design Week), worked with Bianchi, Volkswaggen. PPG, and many of the local producers of beer, food and artcraft.
Q.: Jm, how does the border influence your life and your work as an artist?

A.: … talking about the border, I think that here it is where the things happen. We have the vision of the two sides of the wall. We know things that the TV doesnt tell you because it is our reality. And I think that yes, we have a wall that divide us geographically… but we have a Bridge called CULTURE.
