Mark Clark and Galeria 409

Artist Mark Clark, who exhibited his paintings both in the United States and Mexico, owned and operated Galeria 409 near the US-Mexico border in Brownsville, Texas, until it closed its doors at the end of 2018.
He now opened the MI VIDA LOCA GALLERY in Corpus Christi, featuring art from South Texas and Northern Tamaulipas as well as textiles and handicrafts from the interior of Mexico. Visit him at mividalocagallery.com

(Sometimes it takes longer to edit a video than your subject stays in place. I shot this footage of Mark Clark and his Galeria 409 exactly 2 years ago and never got to put it together. Now it serves as a great memory piece about a great gallery right on the US-Mexico border – video has no sound)
